
Analyst, Credit & Deduct Analyst
Participating/Leading customer specific process reviews and supply chain discussions. Process improvement suggestions related to deduction and credit processes. Developing/Maintaining reporting to drive results. Leverage Celonis to drive efficiency and improve results. Manage a set of accounts related to Deductions & Credit activity. Be the liaison for new brand integrations for the group. Facilitate these changes by working with appropriate internal and external business partners. Work to streamline internal credit and deduction processes. Prepare professional quality emails and spreadsheets for communicating with key customers and Sales the status of open deductions, including requests for repayment of invalid deductions.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain required; preferably with credit/financial experience
Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Ability to present data collected and analyzed to management
Business Process Improvement experience is desired but not required
