
Supply Chain Planner
L’Occitane En Provence is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain management. We are looking for someone who is creative and has a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Supply Chain Planner will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, ensuring that our customers’ demands are met, inventory is available, and materials are delivered on time.To be successful in this role, you should have several years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills and be able to work independently with minimal direction. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be working closely with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of the supply chain and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze and forecast inventory levels to ensure customer demands are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Manage the relationship with external suppliers and partners.
- Create and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities.
- Develop reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and quality guidelines.
