
Supply Chain Planner
L’Occitane En Provence is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join their team! As a Supply Chain Planner at L’Occitane En Provence, you will play a vital role in managing the supply chain process and ensuring that our products reach the right destinations on time. We are looking for an individual who has a detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess all incoming supply chain orders to identify potential issues and ensure accuracy.
- Create and update supply chain plans to meet customer timelines and demands.
- Monitor and adjust the supply chain process to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.
- Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain process.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors and suppliers to ensure that orders are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain requirements are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust shipments as needed.
- Track and report supply chain performance to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the supply chain process is optimized.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that they are able to meet our supply chain needs.
