Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
2. Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
4. Monitor store performance and take action to increase sales and profitability.
5. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
6. Train and develop store staff.
7. Ensure store meets all health and safety regulations.
8. Manage inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
9. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
