Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the retail operations, identifying trends and potential areas of improvement or risk.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the retail operations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the retail teams in order to ensure the successful execution of plans.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of financial and operational metrics to track performance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for review by senior management.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in order to recommend changes and improvements to the retail operations.
