At L’Occitane En Provence, we are seeking an organized and creative Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. The Product Development Associate will be responsible for researching and developing innovative products, as well as ensuring that all products meet customer needs and requirements.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in product development. Responsibilities:

  1. Research and develop innovative new products for L’Occitane En Provence.
  2. Ensure products meet customer needs and requirements.
  3. Stay current on industry trends and changes.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Create and update product specifications and product documents.
  6. Monitor and track product performance in the market.
  7. Manage and coordinate product testing and sampling.
  8. Prepare reports on product development progress.
  9. Evaluate product design for cost effectiveness and quality.
  10. Develop product launch strategies and plans.
