Job Description

L’Occitane En Provence is looking for a talented and passionate Product Development Associate to join our growing team. We seek an individual with creative energy and an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to help us create and launch innovative products. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the product development team, working closely with our marketing, purchasing, and product design teams to help bring products to life.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in product design, marketing, or a related field, along with experience in product development, ideally in the beauty and/or cosmetic industry. You should be an excellent communicator and have a strong eye for detail, as well as a passion for product innovation and creativity. If you have a love for beauty products and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and launch innovative products in collaboration with the product design, purchasing, and marketing teams.
  2. Maintain a strong eye for detail in all product development processes.
  3. Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to inform product design decisions.
  4. Create and maintain product development timelines to ensure successful launches.
  5. Manage communication between all teams and stakeholders involved in the product development process.
  6. Monitor and adjust product design and development processes as needed.
  7. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality product designs.
  8. Manage product costs to ensure successful profitability.
  9. Develop creative marketing strategies for product launches and promotions.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
