
Digital Marketing Assistant
L'Occitane En Provence is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life through creative and innovative digital marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative team-player with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone who is confident in their marketing skills, can think outside the box, and can collaborate with other departments to create effective campaigns. The Digital Marketing Assistant will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of digital platforms, including website content management, SEO/SEM, and social media, and experience with analytics and tracking. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms, including website content management, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and results, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and engagement on all digital channels.
- Work with other departments to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and develop digital marketing materials and assets.
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing initiatives, including maintaining reports, budgets, and other documents.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
