Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, and recommend additional items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of products for customers.
- Ensure store displays and product merchandising are maintained in an attractive and orderly manner.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Work with management to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Maintain accurate records and create reports of customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
