Job Description

L’Occitane En Provence is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team and help create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of customer satisfaction and who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
  4. Assist customers with product selection, and recommend additional items to enhance their shopping experience.
  5. Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of products for customers.
  6. Ensure store displays and product merchandising are maintained in an attractive and orderly manner.
  7. Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members.
  8. Work with management to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  9. Maintain accurate records and create reports of customer feedback.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
