L’Occitane En Provence is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any customer complaints in a timely manner.
  2. Utilize problem solving and communication skills to ensure the highest standards of customer experience.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Assist in creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
  6. Develop creative solutions to improve customer experience.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  9. Assist with the training of customer service staff.
  10. Perform other tasks as required.
