Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for customers
  2. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  6. Ensure customer service standards are met
  7. Respond to customer feedback and take action to address any issues
  8. Update customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
