Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience for customers.
  2. Foster relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to smoothly handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Possess a strong knowledge of the brand and products in order to provide customers with accurate information.
  5. Work as a team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the L’Occitane En Provence brand.
  7. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and current trends in the industry.
  8. Follow processes and procedures related to customer service.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
