
Digital Business Strategy Analyst
The Analyst, Digital Business Strategy is primarily responsible for understanding digital market trends and capabilities along with internal customer shopping behaviors, evaluating and presenting insights on actionable recommendations to internal clients, and fueling long term growth initiatives that shape the digital roadmap. Maintain competitive marketplace awareness of current best-in-class and emerging/advanced techniques, within and beyond specialty retail. Perform independent research for digital capabilities, experiences, and services that tie back to key business objectives. Build and maintain repository for research and business opportunity tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to document and track business needs. Assist in providing ad hoc/focused research to teams and leaders as requested.
3+ years in digital retailing or strategy consulting environment
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Proven record of successful digital business accomplishments
