Job Description

The Route Service Representative is responsible for daily delivery of fresh Krispy Kreme Doughnuts on a designated route. This includes, providing accurate and timely delivery of the product to customers, utilizing all available tools to reconcile delivery in compliance with specific retailer processes and merchandising product to maximize sales per establish customer planograms.

Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
Maintain good personal hygiene
Promptly, professionally and appropriately address any customer complaints, concerns and inquiries
Handle difficult customer situations professionally
Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle
