2. Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
3. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
4. Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
6. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Develop and implement verification processes and procedures.
8. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
9. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer service.
10. Monitor customer accounts to detect suspicious activities.
