Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member-Support Services. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate must possess a degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in customer service or a related field, and a strong understanding of customer service best practices. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task is also essential.   8. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  9. Act as a team player to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
