Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain digital initiatives such as mobile banking, artificial intelligence, online payments, and customer service.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure the bank’s digital initiatives are meeting customer needs.
- Analyze current digital solutions and develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the bank’s IT team to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to digital initiatives.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage of digital solutions and provide feedback.
- Troubleshoot issues related to digital solutions and provide technical support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer loyalty.
