Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join one of India’s leading banks and make a significant impact.The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. They should have an aptitude for problem-solving and the drive to meet and exceed targets.We are seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a banking or financial environment. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the desired objectives.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure desired results are achieved.
  4. Analyze sales data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  7. Identify business opportunities and develop new products and services.
  8. Ensure all sales activities are compliant with the bank’s policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and manage the team’s budget.
  10. Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
