
Team Leader - Sales
Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join one of India’s leading banks and make a significant impact.The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. They should have an aptitude for problem-solving and the drive to meet and exceed targets.We are seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a banking or financial environment. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the desired objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure desired results are achieved.
- Analyze sales data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify business opportunities and develop new products and services.
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the team’s budget.
- Provide ongoing training and development for team members.
