
Team Leader - Sales
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Team Leader – Sales to join our team. As a Team Leader – Sales at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, creating an environment that fosters team collaboration and motivation, and monitoring team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and lead. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
