Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Team Leader – Sales to join our team. As a Team Leader – Sales at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, creating an environment that fosters team collaboration and motivation, and monitoring team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and lead. Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment, is essential. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales professionals and ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that effectively promote the bank’s products and services.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members to ensure success.
  4. Create an environment that fosters team collaboration and motivation.
  5. Implement effective sales strategies to seek new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  6. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  7. Analyze data and develop reports related to sales performance.
  8. Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
