
Service Relationship Manager
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Service Relationship Manager to join our team and help ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. As the Service Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service processes and making sure that customer expectations are met. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, customer service or a related field • 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer relations • Proven track record of managing customer relationships with a high degree of customer satisfaction • Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service softwareIf you are an experienced Service Relationship Manager with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: • Manage customer service processes to ensure customer expectations are met • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Train customer service representatives on customer service techniques and procedures • Develop customer service policies and procedures as needed • Maintain and update customer service records • Prepare reports and analyze customer service metrics • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
