Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced Service Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and providing excellent customer service at all times. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in customer service and relationship management, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, while providing excellent customer service.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to ensure customers understand banking products, services, and processes.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize customer data and analytics to develop and implement customer-focused strategies.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  8. Monitor customer retention and attrition rates.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance and customer feedback.
  10. Stay up-to-date on banking products, services, and regulations.
