
Service Manager
Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their banking needs. This role requires the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately, as well as a thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree in finance or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and finding solutions to customer issues.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Develop customer service training programs to ensure staff is knowledgeable and well-versed in banking regulations and policies.
- Lead customer service team meetings to review customer service performance, discuss customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports to track customer service performance and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with the bank's services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the bank’s compliance.
- Develop customer loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Actively participate in industry events to promote the bank’s services.
