Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their banking needs. This role requires the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately, as well as a thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree in finance or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and finding solutions to customer issues.
  2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  3. Develop customer service training programs to ensure staff is knowledgeable and well-versed in banking regulations and policies.
  4. Lead customer service team meetings to review customer service performance, discuss customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor customer service performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Create reports to track customer service performance and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
  7. Maintain open communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with the bank's services.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the bank’s compliance.
  9. Develop customer loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and retention.
  10. Actively participate in industry events to promote the bank’s services.
