Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an organized and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, meeting and exceeding established goals, and providing superior customer service to ensure long-term customer loyalty.Key qualifications for the successful Sales Manager include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of sales experience. A working knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, as well as a deep understanding of the banking industry, is also essential. Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed established goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve growth objectives.
  3. Provide superior customer service to ensure customer loyalty.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and areas of success.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  7. Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are performing at their highest level.
  8. Oversee the development of marketing materials to promote products and services.
  9. Develop and manage budgets to ensure resources are used effectively.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
