Premier Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies for expanding the bank’s client base.
2. Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new sales.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure that goals are met.
4. Implement effective customer service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
5. Identify potential issues and develop solutions to improve sales operations.
6. Maintain current knowledge of financial services industry and related regulations.
7. Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management.
8. Develop and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure successful outcomes.
9. Provide guidance and direction to sales team members to ensure targets are achieved.
10. Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
