Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer service performance to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement.
- Design and develop customer service processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to optimize service levels.
- Establish and manage customer service budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service goals are met.
- Monitor customer service trends and recommend changes accordingly.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations

Bachelor's Degree In Business Management Or A Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Product Support
