Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking Gold Loan services, specializing in customer service, problem solving, and account management.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests, analyze customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Process loan applications, verify customer information, and conduct credit checks.
4. Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are current and up-to-date.
5. Remain up-to-date on banking products and services, and proactively recommend solutions to customers.
6. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
7. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
8. Assist in the development of new products and services.
9. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
10. Collaborate with the team to ensure objectives are met.
