Credit Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a credit management role. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. You should also have a solid understanding of credit policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the credit portfolio of the Bank and ensure that all credit policies and processes are followed.
2. Analyze credit data and assess creditworthiness of applicants.
3. Monitor loan accounts and detect any potential credit risks.
4. Develop and implement strategies to reduce credit risk and improve credit portfolio performance.
5. Prepare credit reports and present findings to senior management.
6. Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, and assist them with loan applications and any other inquiries.
7. Develop and maintain credit procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
8. Train and mentor junior members of the credit team.
9. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
