
Acquisition Officer - Small Business Enterprise
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Acquisition Officer - Small Business Enterprise to join our team. The Acquisition Officer - Small Business Enterprise should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize customer needs, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small business customers in order to acquire new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and provide advice on products and services to meet the customer's needs.
- Analyze customer financial information, creditworthiness, and risk to determine loan eligibility.
- Prepare loan applications and other documents related to the loan process.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize customer needs.
- Monitor the progress of loan applications and ensure timely decisions.
- Remain current on industry trends and banking regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
