Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with small business customers in order to acquire new business.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
3. Monitor customer accounts and provide advice on products and services to meet the customer's needs.
4. Analyze customer financial information, creditworthiness, and risk to determine loan eligibility.
5. Prepare loan applications and other documents related to the loan process.
6. Manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize customer needs.
7. Monitor the progress of loan applications and ensure timely decisions.
8. Remain current on industry trends and banking regulations.
9. Participate in departmental meetings and provide feedback to management.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
