Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a track record of driving results and developing strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.We are looking for a candidate who has strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the willingness to work hard to deliver outstanding performance. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Acquisition Manager must be able to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, source leads, and establish relationships with third-party vendors. They must also have a strong understanding of customer acquisition processes and be able to make data-driven decisions to drive growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Source leads and establish relationships with third-party vendors.
  3. Make data-driven decisions to improve customer acquisition processes.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor customer acquisition performance and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Stay up to date with customer acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  7. Develop and manage customer acquisition budgets.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer acquisition initiatives.
