  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly experience.
  2. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Train and supervise store support team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, store policies and procedures, and able to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Manage and delegate tasks to store support team members, including but not limited to restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating with management when items need to be restocked.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other department leads to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of store promotions, sales, and discounts to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers.
  10. Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, leading by example and providing guidance to team members.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement and increase sales.
  13. Communicate effectively with management to provide feedback on team performance and store operations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and team members.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
