  3. Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards for customer interactions and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
  4. Monitor and maintain the store's appearance, cleanliness, and organization to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Collaborate with other store leaders to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals and improving store performance.
  6. Manage and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
