  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train and supervise store support staff, including cashiers, stock associates, and customer service representatives.
  3. Lead by example and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers.
  5. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new store support team members.
  6. Handle escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to ensure all areas of the store are adequately staffed and tasks are completed on time.
  8. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
  9. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  10. Collaborate with other store leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  11. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote growth and development.
  12. Maintain accurate records of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  13. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve store processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Serve as a role model for the company's values and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
