  1. Oversee and manage the store support team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and team members.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  5. Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer needs.
  6. Assist in the implementation and execution of store promotions and events.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  8. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the store support team's efficiency and productivity.
  9. Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  10. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively support team members and customers.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
  13. Serve as a role model for the store support team by demonstrating excellent customer service and leadership skills.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Store Support Lead Should Have Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Delegate Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Both Team Members And Upper Management. A Store Support Lead Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Conflicts.
