  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
  3. Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed in an attractive and accessible manner.
  4. Assist in the implementation of new merchandising strategies and promotions.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs to management.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the store are properly merchandised.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and promotions.
  9. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into merchandising displays.
  10. Ensure store standards are met in terms of cleanliness and organization.
  11. Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
