- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets.

- Hire, train, and mentor a team of dedicated associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
