• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom area
• Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Accurately track and record inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management
• Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer orders and requests
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled
• Monitor and report any damaged or defective items to management
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Support other team members as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
