1. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure all products are easily accessible and accurately labeled.
2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking.
3. Check inventory levels regularly and communicate any discrepancies to management.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the stockroom, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with store associates to ensure timely restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
6. Use inventory management systems to track and update stock levels, as well as process returns and damages.
7. Assist with inventory audits and participate in store-wide markdowns and promotions.
8. Proactively identify any potential issues or delays in stockroom operations and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly assisting store associates with any stockroom-related requests or inquiries.
11. Continuously improve stockroom processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
12. Follow all safety and security protocols when handling merchandise and equipment.
13. Train and mentor new stockroom associates as needed.
14. Complete all assigned tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Kohl's.
