  1. Receive and organize merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory through proper labeling, tagging, and tracking of merchandise.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom to promote a positive work environment and enhance the customer experience.
  4. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
  5. Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with team members to identify and address any stockroom issues or concerns.
  7. Communicate effectively with store management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and inventory control processes.
  9. Flexibility to work in multiple areas of the stockroom, including receiving, organizing, and fulfilling orders.
  10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the correct handling and processing of merchandise.
  11. Operate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move and store merchandise.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new team members in stockroom operations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  15. Represent Kohl's brand and values by providing superior customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Role Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, Showing A Basic Level Of Education And Understanding Of Core Subjects.

  • Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stockroom Or Inventory Management Role, Is Highly Desirable. This Demonstrates A Familiarity With Store Operations And Merchandise Handling Processes.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Stockroom Operations Associate, Attention To Detail Is Critical In Accurately Labeling, Sorting, And Counting Merchandise. This Ensures That The Right Products Are Delivered To The Sales Floor And That Inventory Records Are Accurate.
