  1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom: The Stockroom Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring the stockroom is tidy, well-organized, and easily accessible for all team members.
  2. Receive and process shipments: The associate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and processing all incoming shipments in a timely and efficient manner. This includes accurately counting and recording merchandise, as well as identifying any discrepancies.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels: The associate will be responsible for regularly monitoring and updating inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of merchandise for the sales floor.
  4. Restock and replenish merchandise: The Stockroom Operations Associate will be responsible for regularly restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor from the stockroom. This includes ensuring that all items are properly tagged and priced.
  5. Assist with store set-up and visual merchandising: The associate will assist with store set-up and visual merchandising by helping to move and arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  6. Fulfill online orders: The associate will be responsible for fulfilling online orders by locating and pulling merchandise from the stockroom and ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with team members: The associate will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and communicate any stockroom needs or issues.
  8. Follow safety and security procedures: The Stockroom Operations Associate will adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect merchandise, team members, and customers.
  9. Provide excellent customer service: The associate will assist customers with any stockroom-related inquiries and ensure their needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned: The associate may be asked to perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with store events or helping out in other departments during peak periods.
