  1. Ensure the stockroom is well-organized and all products are easily accessible for store associates.
  2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
  4. Assist in the replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the stockroom.
  6. Collaborate with sales associates and managers to fulfill customer requests and locate products.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and protocols when handling merchandise.
  8. Utilize technology and equipment, such as handheld scanners and forklifts, to perform job duties.
  9. Keep track of damaged or defective merchandise and follow proper procedures for handling.
  10. Assist in organizing and executing store markdowns and promotions.
  11. Communicate with other departments, such as receiving and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding stockroom operations.
  14. Assist in training and mentoring new stockroom associates.
  15. Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
