  1. Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to support the company's goals and values.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  3. Collaborate with department leaders to understand their needs and develop customized HR solutions.
  4. Lead and oversee the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
  8. Coach and mentor junior HR team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
  10. Conduct trainings and workshops for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
  13. Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  14. Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations.
  15. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.

Job Qualifications
