  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
  3. Monitor and manage sales floor to ensure proper coverage and excellent customer experience.
  4. Coach and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
  5. Ensure proper execution of merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers.
  7. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper replenishment to meet customer demand.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
  11. Act as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.
  13. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new sales associates.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
