  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Serve as a role model for the sales team, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  4. Communicate company sales goals and expectations to the sales team, ensuring understanding and alignment.
  5. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  7. Collaborate with store management to create and implement sales promotions and events.
  8. Ensure store is properly stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively to maximize sales.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean sales floor, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  12. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide resolutions.
  13. Train and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In Sales: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Similar Position Or In A Related Industry.
