- Assist with Merchandising: The Sales Lead will assist with merchandising and visual displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively to drive sales.
- Handle Cash and Transactions: This role will be responsible for handling cash and transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to Kohl's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Management: The Sales Lead will collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies, provide feedback on store operations, and assist with various tasks and projects as needed.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Retail Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of The Retail Industry And Current Trends In Fashion And Home Goods.
