- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by Kohl's and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.

Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role Such As Sales Associate Or Cashier.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Sales Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Providing Excellent Customer Service And Promoting Products Effectively.
Knowledge Of Kohl's Products And Services: A Good Understanding Of Kohl's Products And Services Is Important For Assisting Customers With Their Purchases And Providing Accurate Information About Promotions And Sales.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Retail Sales Associates At Kohl's Are Expected To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Multitasking, Managing Multiple Customers At Once, And Meeting Sales Goals And Targets.
