Strong Knowledge Of Beauty Products And Trends: A Part-Time Beauty Advisor At Kohl's Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Beauty Products, Brands, And Industry Trends. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Product Recommendations.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty Advisor, It Is Important To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About Products.
Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Beauty Industry. This Will Help Them To Effectively Promote And Sell Products, As Well As Meet Sales Targets Set By The Store.
Flexibility And Availability: Part-Time Beauty Advisors At Kohl's Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings And Weekends. This Allows Them To Be Available During Peak Shopping Times And Accommodate The Needs Of The Store.
