  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  2. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  3. Train and supervise a team of loss prevention associates to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with store management to address and resolve any security concerns or issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify suspicious or fraudulent activities.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and investigations.
  8. Conduct interviews and interrogations as needed to gather information and evidence.
  9. Communicate with law enforcement and legal authorities as necessary.
  10. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for store associates on loss prevention awareness and prevention techniques.
  11. Conduct background checks and verify employment history of potential employees.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as security vendors or law enforcement agencies.
  13. Oversee the implementation of safety and security protocols, including emergency response procedures.
  14. Create and update policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  15. Provide support and guidance to store management on loss prevention issues and strategies.
  16. Ensure compliance with all company and legal regulations related to loss prevention.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Loss Prevention: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Loss Prevention Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates And Drive Results.

  • Knowledge Of Security And Safety Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security And Safety Procedures To Prevent Theft, Fraud, And Other Loss Prevention Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: Loss Prevention Supervisors Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify Potential Security Threats And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Store Management, Law Enforcement, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, A Strong Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle Any Issues That May Arise.
