  1. Supervise and lead a team of Loss Prevention Associates to ensure the safety and security of the store, employees, and customers.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies and procedures to minimize loss and protect company assets.
  3. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and areas of improvement.
  4. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential safety and security concerns.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive measures to prevent loss.
  7. Communicate and report any incidents or losses to upper management in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain and update all store security systems and equipment.
  9. Provide guidance and support to loss prevention team members, including coaching and development opportunities.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve strategies and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  12. Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and employees to promote a strong loss prevention culture.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  14. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Loss Prevention Associates.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Related Field, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Surveillance Systems, Inventory Control, And Investigation Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention, As Well As Company Policies And Procedures.
