  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the store and its customers.
  2. Train and supervise a team of loss prevention officers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective performance.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security risks and address any issues in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other illegal activities.
  5. Collaborate with store management to develop and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  6. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, and report findings to appropriate parties.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related incidents and investigations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve the company's security measures.
  9. Conduct regular training sessions for employees on loss prevention and security procedures to ensure their understanding and compliance.
  10. Build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to enhance the company's security efforts.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and take necessary steps to mitigate them.
  12. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to loss prevention and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
  14. Communicate effectively with store management and employees to address any security concerns and provide guidance on loss prevention measures.
  15. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to loss prevention and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Related Field, Preferably In A Retail Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring, Internal Investigations, And Inventory Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Programs, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.

  • Prior Experience In Supervising A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
