Previous Experience In Loss Prevention: Candidates For A Loss Prevention Supervisor Position At Kohl's Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Systems, Including Cctv, Alarm Systems, And Access Control. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
Proficiency In Risk Assessment And Investigation Techniques: A Loss Prevention Supervisor Should Be Able To Assess Potential Risks And Develop Strategies To Prevent Loss. They Should Also Have Strong Investigative Skills And Be Able To Gather Evidence In Case Of Theft Or Fraud.

Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws: A Loss Prevention Supervisor Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Laws Related To Loss Prevention, Including Privacy Laws And Laws Governing Apprehension And Detention Of Suspected Thieves.
